What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, so please choose carefully. The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Food products and cleanses - For health and safety reasons, once dispatched, these cannot be returned or refunded, even if unopened.
  • Enema kits - Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • eBooks and online masterclasses - These are delivered electronically and cannot be refunded once sent.

When will my order be shipped and where from?

We dispatch all orders from our fulfilment centre in Victoria, Australia, usually within 48 business hours, via Australia Post. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Australia: 3-10 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

If you’ve selected Express Shipping, this applies from the time of dispatch, not the time of ordering.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track it here.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, and the size and weight of your order. You’ll always see the shipping price before you complete your purchase.

In rare cases, if actual shipping costs are significantly higher than what was calculated, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the difference.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once your order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible at office@tylertolman.com and we’ll do our best to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address - what should I do?

Contact us immediately at office@tylertolman.com. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide using Australia Post. You’ll see available shipping options and rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

If we’re unable to ship to your country (due to postal reliability or fraud risk), you’ll be notified at checkout and no charges will be processed.

What do I need to know about international orders?
  • You’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order ships.
  • Import taxes, customs fees, or duties are not included and may be charged upon arrival - these are your responsibility.
  • Please ensure your billing address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout. These are required for international shipping and payment security.
