INSTRUCTIONS

Stir 1-2 teaspoons (5g) into 300ml of water, coconut water or juice in the morning, preferably before eating and in the afternoon or before bed.

HOW TO HAVE YOUR GREENS

Ice Cold Greens

1 serve of Greens, water, lots of ice, lemon and Himalayan salt

Greens Smoothie

INGREDIENTS 

1 serve of Greens
2 bananas (frozen) 
1 tablespoon of UDOs oil 
1 tablespoon of hemp seed
1 apple 
2 dates (remove pit) 
Handful of spinach 
1/2 avocado

 INSTRUCTIONS: Add water and blend.
