Welcome to the Tolman Health Products website (the Website), which is owned and operated by Tolman Health Pte Ltd of 19th Floor, Golden Centre, 188 Des Voeux Rd, Central Hong Kong, Hong Kong, referred to as ‘we, us, our, TH or TT’.
Access to the Website is conditional upon acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document (referred to as Terms). The use of, and/or access to, the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms at any time. Although we may notify you of any amendment, revision or modification, it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms. You agree to be bound by such changes, modifications or revisions as made by us from time to time.
These terms apply to all products sold on the Website, including but not limited to, Health Products, Ancient Egyptian Tools and EMF Protection. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order. Any paid purchases from Tolman Health Products means that you agree to all Store Terms.
Customer Service
TT is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We strive to respond to email enquiries within 48 hours.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock, pricing is true and correct and dispatched in a timely manner.
Product enquiries must be submitted within 2 months of an order being submitted to allow TT to fully investigate and provide a solution, if appropriate. Enquiries submitted outside this time period may not be eligible for further investigation.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver all products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated, based on the size and weight of the total package and destination, in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3-14 business days depending on the destination. We are not responsible when delivery has been delayed outside of our control, or if the item has been deemed lost by the postal company.
If, at the time of dispatching, shipping costs greatly exceed what has been charged at the checkout, TT will contact you to pay the additional shipping fees.
Health Products
These products are dispatched from our fulfillment centre located in Victoria, Australia.
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours* of the order being placed.
*The Express Shipping option commences from the time of dispatching.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Be sure to carefully enter the address where your package(s) will be shipped. Customers are responsible for fees incurred where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or P.O. Boxes that are supplied but cannot be delivered to.
Returned Packages
In the event your package has been returned to our warehouse for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect details provided on the order or the package not being collected, standard shipping costs will apply to resend the order.
Tracking information is provided via email at the time a package is dispatched to assist with keeping track of its delivery status.
Refunds will not be provided for these items, please refer to the Refund Policy section of these Terms.
Damaged Goods
We are not responsible for any parcels that have been lost or damaged during the delivery process.
If your parcel, and/or goods have been damaged in transit, we will ask for proof of such damage before establishing whether a refund or replacement will take place. Please Contact Us in these instances.
Availability of Products
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, the option to put it on backorder, or a full refund.
Not for Resale
When purchasing any products from the Tolman Health Products online store, at retail value, you agree that you are not authorized to resell these products above the recommended retail price.
Any interest to resell our products must be registered through our Wholesalers program.
Refunds & Returns Policy
In accordance with our Refund Policy, the following applies to Tolman Health Products:
Food Products and Cleanses – Please choose your products carefully. Due to food health and safety reasons, once these items have been dispatched, we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong decision. This applies to returned products, even if unopened, as they cannot be re-shelved for selling.
Enema Kits – For health and safety reasons, we do not accept a return or exchange of enema kits.
eBooks + Online Masterclasses – Due to ebooks and online masterclasses being provided electronically via email, refunds are not available for these purchases.
A choice between a refund, exchange, or credit may apply where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the product purchased on the website, or don’t perform as advertised.
Additional 3rd Party Fees
Bank Fees – THP is a Hong Kong-registered company. We are not responsible for additional fees charged by banks for international transaction fees. Please check with your bank prior to purchasing to inquire if additional fees apply.
Customs Fees – Every country is different with its customs regulations for charging fees, whether they exist and, if so, how much. We are not responsible for overseas orders should they incur additional customs charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs office to inquire about fees.

Applicable Law
The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong and Courts of Appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Terms of Use.
