Shipping policy

Tolman Health Products delivers all products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated, based on the size and weight of the total package and destination, in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. 

Shipping times* are estimated at between 3-14 business days depending on the destination. We are not responsible where delivery has been delayed outside of our control, or if the item has been deemed lost by the postal company.

*The Express Shipping option commences from the time of dispatching.

Please note we may contact you if the shipping cost greatly exceeds what we have charged at the checkout.

Health Products and Ancient Egyptian Tools

These products are dispatched from our fulfilment centre located in Victoria, Australia.

Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours* of the order being placed.

*The Express Shipping option commences from the time of dispatching.

EMF Protection

Orders for EMF products are dispatched from our fulfilment centre located in Bali, Indonesia.

EMF products are made-to-order and therefore may take 4-6 weeks of the order being placed to make and dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Be sure to carefully enter the address where your package(s) will be shipped. Customers are responsible for fees incurred where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or P.O. Boxes that are supplied but cannot be delivered to.

Returned Packages

In the event your package has been returned to our warehouse for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect details provided on order, package not being collected, or customs decline entry*, standard shipping costs will apply to resend the order. 

*It is recommended to contact your local customs office to inquire if there are any restrictions on what items can be brought into the country.

Tracking information is provided via email at the time a package is dispatched to assist with keeping track of its delivery status.

Refunds will not be provided for these items, please refer to the Refund Policy section of these Terms. 

Damaged Goods

We are not responsible for any parcels that have been lost or damaged during the delivery process.

If your parcel, and/or goods have been damaged in transit, we will ask for proof of such damage before establishing whether a refund or replacement will take place. Please contact us in these instances.
