TOLMAN HEALTH COLON CLEANSE is Tyler Tolman's Signature product! His original cleanse that supported him in helping his clients to detox! It is made up of whole foods that have been used for thousands of years to cleanse the digestive system naturally and gluten-free.
The Colon Cleanse is a mixture of Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Buckwheat, Organic Psyllium, Bentonite Clay and Salt.
The mix of fibres swells and help sweep out these toxins acting like a gentle scrubbing brush on the colon. It leeches these out of our bodies & into our colons and then binds with the fibre, therefore enabling our body to release the many different toxins out your backdoor.
All our products are made with Organically sources produce where possible. If organic is not available, pesticide and GMO free ingredients are sourced!

HOW TO USE
Add 1 Tablespoon* (<60kg) or 2 Tablespoons* (>60kg) into a glass or bowl.
Add sweetener of your choice, e.g. honey or apple juice. Add 200mls of warm water, mix or shake it. Drink immediately before it thickens.
To complete a 4 Day Colon Cleanse, take 1 serving (correct for your size) every 2 hours, 5 times a day for 4 days.
Suggested times: 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm, 4pm
IMPORTANT drink at least 750ml - 1L of water after each serving.
*Tablespoon based on 15ml measurement.
It is REALLY IMPORTANT to be drinking A LOT of water during the cleanse! At least 1L between servings. Try to keep a bottle with you to measure how much water you are actually drinking. Freshly squeezed apple juice is also ok.
If you feel constipated or bloated you would probably benefit from doing an enema or colonic at some point during the 4 days, which will help reduce the discomfort.
Depending on how congested your digestive tract is, it may take 2-3 rounds of doing the 4 Day Colon Cleanse to really see massive results.

FAST: TAKE IT EASY (Cleanse + Healthy Diet)
Choose to take things nice and easy – especially if this is your first cleanse. Simply take 1 serving of the 4 Day Colon Cleanse first thing each morning (like breakfast) for 30 days, following your normal healthy diet for the rest of the day.
The best part is you can incorporate our delicious PULSE throughout the rest of the day, as a snack or meal replacement – whatever feels right for you.
FASTER: GO FOR IT (4 day Colon Cleanse + Juice or Salads)
Choose a higher level of commitment by completing the 4 Day Colon Cleanse in four days, adding in fresh pressed juices, PULSE or raw salads. Follow the 'How to Use' instructions - 1 serving, 5 times a day for 4 days. Suggested time: 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm and 4pm.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking 1 litre of water in between each serving. Adding a pinch of Himalayan salt will help your body hydrate faster.
Tip: If you are feeling really hungry during the 4 days, you may have an apple or some cold-pressed apple juice.
FASTEST: GO HARD (4 day Colon Cleanse + Water only)
This option takes a high level of commitment and should only be attempted if you intend to see it through.
For maximum results, complete the 4 Day Colon Cleanse as instructed in 'How to Use', with Water ONLY! As with the 'faster' option, be sure to drink plenty of water for the remaining days of your cleanse.
Do not drink coffee or any caffeine products. You still can add honey or apple juice whilst mixing the cleanse ;)
